Werewolf Town (“the game”) is published by MTX Games. This page explains what we collect when you play, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect

| Chat messages sent during a village | To deliver chat to the right players in real time. Messages are not kept as a general archive; a snapshot of recent village chat is saved only when someone files a report, so moderators can review it. |
| Reports and moderation records (reason, notes, chat snapshot, warnings and bans) | To keep the community safe. |
| Purchase entitlements (e.g. Host Pass, Remove Ads, cosmetics) | To unlock what you bought. Payment details are handled by the app store, never by us. |

Who can see what
- Your display name, avatar and in-game activity are visible to other players in the same village.
- Your friends can see your online/in-game status.
- Your email address is never shown to other players.
- Secret channels (Wolf Pack, Graveyard, Lovers) are only delivered to the players who belong to them.
Service providers
We use Google Firebase (authentication and database), Render (hosting), Sentry (error reporting, when enabled) and, for purchases, Google Play and the Apple App Store. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We don't sell your personal data. The game doesn't currently show third-party ads; if that changes we'll update this page first.
Our servers and these providers may be located outside your country, including outside Sri Lanka.
Children
The game is not for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Your choices
- Edit your display name, bio and avatar any time in your profile.
- Block or report other players from the player menu.
- Delete your account and data by following the steps on the support page.
Retention
We keep account and game data while your account exists. After a deletion request is confirmed we remove it; limited moderation records may be kept for a short period where needed to prevent abuse.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Significant changes will also be announced in the game.
